1.更换时请注意现场环境

2.准直凸面朝外（即安装后平面朝向光纤方向）

2. Collimated convex surface facing outwards (i.e. flat surface facing the direction of the fibre after installation)

3.各型号准直镜的规格请参照对应说明书

一.组件的拆解

I.Dismantling of components

1.拆掉侧盖板及电机尾部端子

1. Remove the side cover plate and the motor tail terminal

2.拆掉QBH部分（每隔120°有一个吉米螺丝，拧松后拔出QBH）

2. Remove the QBH part (there is a set screw every 120°, unscrew and pull out the QBH after loosening)

3.安装时务必注意，QBH有凹槽，螺丝锁紧在凹槽里面

3. Be careful when installing the QBH as it has a groove and the screws are locked in the grooves

3.使用2.5的吉米螺丝拆掉连接螺丝（如图所示位置）

3. Remove the connection screw (in the position shown) using a 2.5 machine set screw

4.拆掉按钮，并解体

4. Remove the button and disintegrate

二.镜片的更换

II. lenses Replacement

如没有专用拆解工具，可临时使用游标卡尺顺时针拿掉锁紧圈（联系我司售后配发即可）

If there is no special disassembly tool, the clamping ring can be temporarily removed clockwise using a vernier caliper（Contact our company after-sales distribution can be)

注意事项和放置位置

Precautions and placement

1.锁紧圈-小圈-准直镜（平面朝光纤）-大圈（刚里面里面靠近光纤）

1. Clamping ring - small circle - collimator (plane towards the fiber) - large circle (just inside and close to the fiber)

2.准直镜的平面朝迎光面，即下图③中朝上

2. The plane of the collimator faces the light-facing surface, i.e. facing upwards in figure (iii) below.

3.安装时如图③摆放，再拿准直镜座套上去

3. When installing, place it as shown in in figure (3), and then take the collimated mirror holder and put it on

4.如果从上往下套时不太好套，可使用美纹纸固定图中的红色部分

4. If it is not easy to cover from top to bottom, you can use crepe paper to fix the red part of the picture

5.复原安装即可

5. Restore the installation
