Simple Adjustment Method
First, check the gas, voltage, and water pressure to ensure that the "power, air pressure, and water pressure" indicator lights on the cutting machine's power supply are steadily on (green). Then adjust the air compressor to start at 0.6MPa. Activate the air test function to allow air to flow from the cutting torch. Adjust the pressure reducing filter valve of the plasma power supply to 0.4-0.45MPa; for accurate adjustment, increase the pressure first and then decrease it to the required value.
Set the current, arc voltage, piercing height (generally not less than 5mm), and piercing time according to the plate thickness. Initially set a lower cutting speed, then gradually increase it during the cutting process until the desired cutting effect is achieved.

Notes
Air pressure: 5 bar (equivalent to 0.5MPa).
For plates of 30-40mm thickness, the cutting surface may be unsatisfactory. Ensure that the corresponding current is used with the matching nozzle (as specified in the table above).
