High-Productivity CNC Fiber Laser Cutting with a 15-Second Dual Table Exchange

The Heavth HS-1000L is an open-type exchange table fiber laser cutting machine designed for continuous sheet metal production. While one table is cutting, operators can load or unload material on the second table, reducing machine idle time and increasing daily output.

Available configurations include 1,000W–15,000W laser power and 1500 × 3000 mm or 1500 × 6000 mm working areas. The machine cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, alumium.

Heavth fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with German Atlanta rack, Japanese Yaskawa motor and German Neugart reducer.

   The positioning accuracy of the machine tool can be 0.02mm and the cutting acceleration is 1.5G. The working life is up to 10 years.
