Internal structure:

When the electric lifting mechanism leaves the factory, the clearance of the motor, screw rod and guide rail has been adjusted. However, after transportation, the assembly position may change, affecting the cutting accuracy.

Before formally installing on the machine, please check the following parts:

1. The clearance between the guide rails and whether the fixing screws of the guide rail and the guide rail slider are loose.

2. Check whether the fixing screw of the geared motor is loose.

3. Whether the fixing screws of the coupling, lead screw and lead screw nut are loose.

4. Check the position of the limit switch so that it can be actuated reliably but not damaged.

Make appropriate adjustments if necessary.
