Solutions de Welding Caput forsit: Non feed filum

运行逻辑:送丝机通过尾部的两芯插头信号线, 接到控制盒的信号接口二的 5/6 脚, 系统运行时控制盒主板内置继电器吸合后 5/6 导通, 送丝机开始工作 (即 5/6 脚控制通断)

当出现出气出光但不送丝的情况下:

首先看送丝机的设置, 脉冲参数是否正常, 按照如图设置 (个别版本没有脉冲功能, 可以不用设置)

以上没有问题后, 我们首先判定一下送丝机的控制有没有问题

点击送丝机的前面板 点击送丝机的前面板 【手动送丝】, 观察送丝轮是否在运转

1. 送丝机不运转, 送丝机本身有问题, 更换主板

1. Si T et filum PASTOR non currere, filum feeder se habet quaestionem  et placere  reponere in m ain tabula.

2. 送丝机运转, 继续按照下面的操作进行

我们首先短接送丝机的信号线, 位于送丝机的尾部两芯航插头, 拔掉后找一根线短接

1. 送丝机运转, 则可以判定送丝机没问题, 继续按照下面的操作进行

1. Si  T et  filum  PASTOR est currens, vos potest determinare quod filum feeder est dubium,  et placere  permanere sequi sequenti operatio.

2. 送丝机不运转, 则可以判定送丝机主板有问题, 更换送丝机主板

II. Si filum PASTOR non currit, quod potest determinari, quod est quaestio de filum feider m ain tabula et  placere  reponere filum feid M Ain Board.

针对第一种情况, 把送丝机的尾部两芯航插头插上, 在系统控制盒信号接口二的5/6 脚拔掉, 短接送丝机信号线 (并非短接 5/6 脚)

1. 送丝机不运转, 则可以判定信号线有问题, 更换信号线即可

2. 送丝机运转, 则可以判定系统主板有问题, 更换系统主板或者使用下方的措施临时使用

由信号接口二的3/4 脚控制外置继电器来控制送丝机的信号线通断, 接线定义如下 (送丝机两芯信号使用继电器的常开脚)
