Seoladh: 碳钢和不锈钢等空气、氮气切割时,效率和稳定性都会提升,承着厚度增加, 也容易出现挂渣现象,上面数据参数在实际批量切割时,受机床、系统、切割头、气压、材料等因素影响,数据可能会有变动,表中红标参数为打样参数,在实际加工中受各类因素影响较大, 仅适合小批量生产,不推荐大批量生产加工,建议使用更高功率激光器。紫铜需用高压氧气切割,空气或氮气易造成激光器损坏。
